This application will be used to managing the Car Auction and the bidding information. |

| To whom it will be useful: | |||||||||

This application will be useful for a company who is conducting the car auction. It will be used by the administrator, the auction manager and the bidders of this application. |

| Application Description: | |||||||||
|
There can be three different users for this application. They are: 1. Administrator 2. Auction Manager 3. Bidder |
|||||||||
|
Auction Manager: The auction manager can create a new auction and manage different auctions information. |
|||||||||
|
Bidders: Bidders can bid the auction car and view their bidding information status. |
|||||||||
| Steps to Execute: | |||||||||
|
This is the Initial view of “Car Auction Dealership “Application. (See Figure- 1) If we are an existing user then we can login to the Car Auction directly by using the username and password. Otherwise the Administrator creates a new user account through which we can access this application. |

| Screen 1 | |||||||||

In figure-1 type the User name and Password on the corresponding textboxes and click login. If you are an administrator (Hard coded user name “admin” password ‘admin’) then it will lead you to the next window named “User Info” as shown in figure-2. On the grid, user name and user type of the user are shown. You can create new user id in that form. If you want to do any modification then double click on the grid. It will lead you to figure-3. |

Modify-user window allows deleting the user account if you needed and you can update the user account. Manager login will show the Auction details: |

He can filter the details based on Status (New, Open, Close, Incomplete and Canceled). Clicking “New Auction” menu on displaying window, it display a window as seen below |

After the particular car auction is saved, click “Close “button, it will go to the previous screen that is, shown below. |

• Clicking on specified row in the grid will open a window as shown below which enables the admin/manager to mange the bid. • He can change the auction details and also the status of the auction. |

• Clicking on “See Bidders” Button will show the list of bidders who placed bid for this auction • Clicking “Delete” will delete the auction if the user clicks ‘yes’ in the below confirmation screen. |

• The manager can click the “Select as Winner” to select the winner. • If winner is already selected then a pop up message tells you “winner already selected” as shown below. |

• For the Bidder the below screen will be shown. • He can see only his bids by clicking the checkbox. |

• He can enter bid amount and then click “Save Bid” • If the entered amount is less than the highest amount then below message will be shown |

• If the bidder already placed the bid, then the screen will allow the user to change the bid amount using below screen, until the Car Auction Status will be “Closed”. |
