In the index page (select the user type) and login if not registered for user or affliate. On login, the user is shown with view product page, that has the dropdown box, select the product type, the below screen comes. The user views the product and clicks the one that he needs to buy. On Clicking the “Buy Product” button the ticket creation page comes, that will be creating the ticket for that product for that user. If needs the user can enter notes. The user can view his tickets by clicking the “My Tickets” menu |
